Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our aged care teams. You will work with the Chef to manage kitchen operations, tailor meals for residents and ensure nutritious, delicious dining experiences.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, exhibit strong communication and documentation skills, and bring experience from a commercial kitchen (aged care preferred). We offer diverse workplaces across Australia with supportive teams.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen, aged care experience highly regarded.

As Cook you’ll

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Ensure our residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

You’ll be a real team player who has

• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and documentation skills
• Some experience within a commercial kitchen (Aged care highly regarded)
• A healthily amount of experience with a broad range of cuisines, dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual & cultural needs of our residents
