Blacktown Workers Club Group Ltd in Luddenham is seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team, delivering quality dishes in a fast-paced hospitality setting and supporting food safety and cleanliness.

This part-time role requires a roster Wednesday to Sunday, own transport, and a commitment to teamwork and high standards, with opportunities to learn from an experienced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a similar professional kitchen (desirable 1 year)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable or working towards)
• Strong food preparation, cooking and presentation skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe kitchen practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and teamwork
• Roster days Wednesday to Sunday including days, evenings, weekends and some public holidays (max 37 hours per week)
• Own transport essential

Workers Hubertuslocated next to the new Western Sydney International Airport in Luddenham, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cookto join our kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Chef de Partie, you will be working with the wider kitchen team , ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard while maintaining food safety, cleanliness and efficient kitchen operations. Part time role working min 8 hours a week up to 37 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to achieve service and operational objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
