Job summary

RACV City Club is seeking a Cook to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen during meal service. You will join a dedicated team and deliver high-quality food and service to our members and guests.

Candidates should have or be pursuing recognised culinary training, or relevant experience, with a strong focus on food quality, presentation and Victorian produce. Weekend and evening shifts are required on a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Food safety certification.
• Exposure to either banquets or a la carte venues ideally.
• A passion for Victorian produce and seasonal menus.
• The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team.
• A desire to develop among a driven & professional team.
• The ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

We are seeking candidates who possess or are pursuing recognised culinary training and/or have relevant experience in a reputable restaurant. A strong focus on food quality and presentation is essential.
