Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation

Kartar Dhall Pty Ltd t/a Ballina's Indian Kitchen is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. Our restaurant is located in the beautiful coastal town of Ballina, NSW, and is known for its authentic and delicious Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented to our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
