Job summary

Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a passionate cook to join our Collins Kitchen culinary team. You will work across a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, upholding HACCP and OH&S standards while delivering high-quality dishes to guests.

Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and be available weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster. We offer above-award wages, complimentary meals, and staff accommodation benefits at Hyatt properties.

• We take food safety and hygiene seriously - knowledge of HACCP and Occupational Health and Safety standards is a must
• We operate in a 24/7 business - we need you to have an unrestricted working visa for Australia and availability across weekends and public holidays (we operate on a rotating roster)
• Must have Australian Working Rights
