The casual kitchen position at Toowoomba Hospital Foundation is based at the Main Toowoomba Hospital kitchen, with weekend and evening shifts finishing at 7 pm.

You'll cook hot meals for café service, assist with sandwiches, wraps and catering, and maintain food safety while working independently or with the team. The successful applicant will complete Foundation pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and verification of Australian working rights.

Based primarily at our Main Toowoomba Hospital kitchen, you'll prepare hot food for café service and help produce sandwiches, wraps, salads and catering for our other outlets. This is a hands‑on cooking role. You'll need to be comfortable managing cooking and service independently, keeping your section organized and completing opening or closing duties.
