Ingenia Communities Group invites applications for a Casual Cook at our Byron Bay Kiosk Holidays site. You will support daily service, uphold high food standards and help us deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents, while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll manage prep, stock, waste reduction and safety, stepping into additional duties as required. Bring a positive attitude and a passion for great food.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Understanding of food safety and cost control.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality under pressure.

• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, presentation and overall kitchen quality.
• Manage stock, ordering, daily prep and inspect all incoming produce.
• Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness and kitchen standards.
• Minimise waste and ensure freshness through efficient use of ingredients.
• Support team and operational needs, stepping into additional duties when required.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Cook to join our team at our Byron Bay Kiosk Holidays site.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations, supporting daily service, maintaining high food standards, and helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, all while having fun along the way.
