Ingenia Communities invites applications for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant at the Byron Bay Kiosk. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain safety standards, and support daily operations in a vibrant beachside setting.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable)
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift, stand, and operate kitchen/bar equipment
• Follow safety, hygiene and MSDS guidelines

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain food safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Manage stock, check produce, and minimize waste.
• Keep shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Byron Bay Kiosk site.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

Byron Bay Kiosk offers a vibrant beachside setting, serving guests in one of Australia’s most iconic coastal destinations.

In this Role, You’ll

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

• Skills & Experience: You bring RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven experience in a similar role, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
