Job summary

Bolton Clarke in Mornington Peninsula is seeking a dedicated Cook to deliver nutritious, well-presented meals to residents at Rosebrook. You will work under the Chef, assist with kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, at least one year in a commercial kitchen (aged care or hospital preferred), and experience in bulk cooking and texture-modified meals. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care or hospital experience preferred).
• Bulk cooking experience (highly desirable).
• Experience preparing texture-modified meals (advantageous).
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.

• Take direction from the Chef and work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
• Plan, prepare, and present delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals for residents.
• Assist with general food preparation, kitchen duties, and stock control.
