Job summary

Timezone is seeking a hands-on Cook for our Zone Bowling & Timezone Tea Tree Plaza venue. You’ll help bring our menu to the plate with speed and consistency, from burgers and nachos to canapés for corporate events.

Evenings and weekends are busy, and availability during those times is highly regarded. You’ll work with the Venue Manager and F&B Manager to ensure every guest leaves smiling and returning for more of the fun experience Timezone offers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cook/chef with high-volume café or food outlet experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety principles and practices.
• Passionate about guest experience and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items with speed and consistency.
• Support Venue Manager and F&B Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist during busy evenings and weekends as needed.

What is the role?

As a Cook for our Zone Bowling & Timezone Tea Tree Plaza venue, you will:

• Be an integral part of our kitchen team, bringing our spectacular menu to the plate with a strong focus on speed and consistency.

• Bring to life our expansive food range from freshly grilled burgers to nachos and share plates, all the way to gourmet canapes for our corporate events!

Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, availability for these times is highly regarded.

You will be supported by and also provide support to the Venue Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
