Allstar Blue in WA is seeking experienced Conveyor Technicians / Supervisors for permanent FIFO roles. Immediate starts and market competitive rates apply.

Responsibilities include belt splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations across Steel Cord, Fabric, Solid Woven and Ply belts; ensure safety, report incidents and assist with splice reports while coordinating workflow and equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations.
• Extensive Steel cord experience.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Understanding of high integrity splicing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Belt splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations for Steel Cord, Fabric, Solid Woven and Ply belts.
• Contribute to the company's safety policies and report incidents, hazards or near misses.
• Assist with creating splice reports.
• Coordinate workflow, crew and equipment.
• Perform hot and cold repairs.
• Perform pulley lagging and apply mechanical clips.
