Hall & Wilcox is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Property & Projects team, based in Sydney or Newcastle. You will support a busy real estate practice handling off-the-plan development conveyancing and related commercial property matters.
Working closely with partners, lawyers and clients, you will manage contract amendments, settlements (including PEXA), searches and documents, while maintaining file records and deadlines. Hybrid/flexible working is available.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing Property & Projects team, based either in Sydney or Newcastle.
Our Property & Projects team has over 120 team members nationally working across a diverse practice, including property, projects, environment and planning. With a varied client base across both the public and private sector, our national practice is a leader in real estate for significant property funds, social impact enterprises, renewable energy developers, utility providers and the public sector.
Working closely with partners, lawyers and clients, you will play an important role in supporting a busy real estate practice, supporting large volume off-the-plan development conveyancing and other commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
