Empire Legal Pty Ltd invites a conveyancing lawyer to manage Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing matters from our Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill), Bayside (Wynnum) and Gold Coast (Paradise Point) offices. The role supports hybrid work by agreement and focuses on a full A-to-Z conveyancing process under the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol.

You will provide accurate legal advice, conduct property searches and due diligence, handle settlements, stamping of contracts and transfers in

Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
Conduct property searches and due diligence, prepare settlement figures and arrange settlements.
In-house stamping of contracts and transfers, and PEXA workspaces.
Liaise with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers.

Job description

A conveyancing lawyer role running Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing files from A to Z under the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol, from our Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill), Bayside (Wynnum) and Gold Coast (Paradise Point) offices, with hybrid work by agreement.
