Job summary

Mineral Resources Limited is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for its Mining Services Team in Western Australia. These full-time, permanent FIFO roles from Perth offer 8:6/7:7 rosters (days/nights) with on-site training and leadership pathways.

You will monitor crushing and wet/dry plant operations, manage feed rates, and ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed; opportunities for career progression are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Control Room experience operating fixed plant crushing & wet plant equipment.
• Strong understanding of process control fundamentals and mineral processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor crushing, screening and wet/dry plant parameters.
• Track feed rates, water flow and equipment variables to optimize throughput.
• Monitor plant equipment indicators to identify trends and issues.
• Operate crushing & screening equipment in wet/dry plant environments.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and assist trades when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures.
