Certis Security Australia is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor CCTV, alarms and access control in a fast-paced control room. You will detect risks, coordinate real-time responses, and liaise with on-site teams to ensure incidents are handled swiftly and professionally.
The role operates on an 8-week rotating roster with 12-hour shifts (day and night), based at Blacktown. A Security Licence with 1A/1E, First Aid and police checks are required.

As a Control Room Operator, you’ll be the eyes and ears of site security - monitoring systems, detecting risks, and coordinating responses in real time. Your quick thinking and attention to detail will help keep people, assets, and operations safe while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a fast-paced, tech-driven role where you’ll be working in a control room environment managing CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. No two shifts are the same - you’ll be juggling multiple systems and making real-time decisions, all while maintaining a calm, professional approach.

Pay Rate:SSIA Level 5
Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available on an 8-week rotating roster, averaging 76 hours per fortnight. This roster includes 12-hour shifts across both days and nights
