Cleanaway is launching a new Control Centre and seeks multiple Control Room Operators to monitor telematics and IVMS alerts in real time. The role involves supporting fleet safety, driver welfare, and compliance, working on a rotating four-week roster with day, afternoon, and night shifts.

You will communicate with drivers and operational teams, escalate incidents when needed, and maintain precise records for investigations while contributing to a safe, compliant transport operation.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience working in a shift-based environment is highly regarded.
• Experience in transport, logistics, customer service or a similar operational environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage time-critical incidents and escalations.
• Comfortable working across multiple IT systems and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.

The Opportunity

We are launching a new control centre and are seeking multiple Control Room Operators to be part of this exciting setup. In these roles, you will support fleet safety, driver welfare, and compliance through real-time monitoring of telematics and incident alerts via our In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS).

This role operates on a rotating 4-week roster, including a mix of day, afternoon, and night shifts.
