Job summary

Linfox Armaguard Group is hiring for a Monitoring Centre role based at Essendon Fields, Melbourne. The position involves 24/7 rotating shifts, responding to emergencies nationally, and operating GPS, CCTV and alarm monitoring systems.

You will handle calls and emails promptly while delivering professional service. Ideal candidates hold a current Security Licence with Monitoring Centre endorsement and a Certificate III in Security Operations, with strong communication and analytical skills to

What does the job look like?

Working from our offices in Essendon Fields, this role reports to the Armaguard Monitoring Centre Manager and will be required to work shifts on 24/7 rotating roster. Key areas include but are not limited to:

• Responding to emergency situations nationally
• Operate GPS, CCTV and alarm monitoring systems
• Attending to inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly and in a professional manner

Are you the one?

You are suitably experienced with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate:

• Current Security Licence (with Monitoring Centre Operator endorsement)
• Certificate III in Security Operations
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
