Job summary

Georges River Council is seeking a Contributions Officer to join the Strategic Planning team. You will manage and administer the developer contributions program, helping ensure growth is strategically planned and funded through plans, agreements and financial reporting.

You will undertake research, prepare reports and forecasts, manage contribution data and reconciliations, and provide expert advice on planning and development matters while engaging a broad range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Engineering, Accounting or Finance.
• Well developed research, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Driving Licence Class C (Car).

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the developer contributions program.
• Develop and implement contributor plans and voluntary planning agreements.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts and reconcile contribution data.
• Provide expert planning and development advice and engage stakeholders.
