Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced senior contract manager to lead upstream contract management for a major solar construction development in regional NSW. You will protect project entitlements and margins while maintaining constructive client relationships, with regular travel to sites.

Reporting to commercial leadership, you will develop strategies to manage risk, lead variations and claims, and deliver commercial reports and cash-flow forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive contract or senior commercial management experience with Tier 1/2 heavy civil, infrastructure or renewable energy contractors.
• Strong track record in managing complex head contracts and client-side commercial negotiations.
• Ability to translate contract provisions into practical delivery advice.
• Strong analytical judgement, negotiation and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to regional NSW.

The Opportunity
