Job summary

This is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator seeking greater responsibility and leadership within a stable builder.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial construction contract administration.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of contract administrators.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, variations, claims and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor a team of 8–9 Contract Administrators.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations and scopes of work.
• Review contracts, variations, claims and progress payments.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risk.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to support outcomes.
• Review and improve commercial processes; develop team capability.
