Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking a specialist contract manager within Infrastructure Services at Story Bridge Depot. You will provide expert contract oversight across major construction and engineering projects.

You will manage contractual performance, support procurement activities, oversee contractor relationships and help ensure delivery is safe, compliant and aligned with contractual requirements. Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• demonstrated experience managing construction, engineering or infrastructure-related contracts
• strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and commercial management principles
• proven ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
• highly developed negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• commitment to workplace safety and applying safety principles within contract delivery environments
