Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the full contract lifecycle, from tender review and contract negotiation through to project delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Project Management and Legal Counsel to provide commercial guidance and manage risk to help deliver successful outcomes across healthcare projects in Australia.

This role emphasizes governance, accuracy and process improvements, with a focus on construction or engineering

Qualifications

• Experience in contract review, negotiation and commercial contract management.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk and contract law.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based environments is highly regarded.
