Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve a Baseline security clearance. This role will be offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

  • Providing commercial negotiation advice and expertise to support management decisions, bids, renewals, variations and dispute resolution
  • Attending regular commercial forums with customers, tracking variations, issues, risks and maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Collaborating with the Risk team to identify, document and manage contractual risks through effective governance
  • Monitoring dependencies between customer goals, Datacom goals and contractual obligations
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and communicating recommendations to management and delivery teams
  • Providing governance support and escalation to ensure successful delivery of contract obligations on time, within budget and aligned to objectives

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
