Datacom is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Commercial & Account Management team in Sydney. You will oversee negotiation, structuring, and management of contractual documents, maintaining strong relations with customers, vendors, and partners.
The role is based in Sydney with three days on-site; 12-month fixed-term contract and Australian citizenship with Baseline clearance required.

The Contracts Manager plays a vital role in our Commercial & Account Management team, serving as an important connection between Datacom and our customers. You'll be responsible for overseeing the negotiation, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish and maintain strong business relationships with our customers, vendors and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance commercial acumen with technical understanding to deliver long-term benefits for both Datacom and our clients.
Our office is based in Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. This role will require you to work onsite 3 days per week.
Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve a Baseline security clearance. This role will be offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
