Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead commercial administration for a large-scale rail alliance. You will manage procurement, subcontracts, claims and variations, and advise across a multi-partner delivery model to mitigate risk and support delivery timelines.

You will collaborate with design, delivery and finance teams, prepare forecasts for governance, and drive continuous improvement across commercial processes on SE Queensland’s substantial transport program.

Project Information

The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project will double the number of rail tracks and upgrade stations for a 20 kilometre section of the Beenleigh and Gold Coast lines between Kuraby, a suburb south of Brisbane’s CBD, and Beenleigh, a suburb of Logan City.

About the Opportunity

As Contracts Manager reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will lead commercial administration for major works packages. Manage procurement, negotiating subcontracts, claims and variations, and advise across a multi-partner delivery model. Working with project controls and delivery teams, you will manage commercial risk and help resolve issues before they affect delivery, on one of South East Queensland's largest transport projects.
