Brisbane City Council is seeking a contract management specialist for the Story Bridge Depot. This temporary full-time role focuses on managing construction contracts, procurement support, and contractor relationships to ensure safe, efficient project delivery through 30 June 2028.
You will work with project managers, engineers and contractors, providing commercial advice, risk management and stakeholder coordination within a complex infrastructure setting.
Salary Range: Band 6 $112,055 – $128,453 + Superannuation

The Role
This newly created role will provide specialist contract management expertise across major construction and engineering projects. You will manage contractual performance, support procurement activities, oversee contractor relationships and help ensure Story Bridge projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and consultants, you will provide commercial advice, manage risks and support positive project outcomes across a complex infrastructure environment.
