Job summary

Austin Health is seeking a part-time Contracts Billing Administrator to support the administration and management of non-research related contracts for Radiology and MIT, ensuring compliance with organisational processes and delegations of authority.

You will work closely with the Business Manager, track contract status, liaise with internal teams and external vendors, and maintain accurate databases while preparing regular reports on contract activity.

The Contracts Billing Administrator role supports the administration and management of non-research related contracts for Radiology and Molecular Imaging and Therapy (MIT), ensuring compliance with organisational processes and procedures and delegations of authority.

A regular day will see you:

• Working closely with the Business Manager overseeing the administration and maintenance of non-research related contracts, track the status of each contract and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Liaise effectively with departmental managers, external vendors, and internal teams (procurement, finance, legal) to manage contract-related activities.
• Maintainaccuratedatabases and prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and financial transactions.

You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.

You’ll further bring with you:

• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management while working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to be able to build positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors; fostering collaboration.
