Job summary

McMahon Services in Darwin is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support commercial and contractual processes across NT projects. You will work with the Project Manager to drive accuracy and efficiency on delivery teams.

With a minimum of five years in construction contract administration and solid communication skills, you will deliver procurement, forecasting and reporting, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry in a Contract Administration role.
• Strong understanding of project management and best practice.
• Experience managing all contract tasks including financial and technical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as construction management, Business, or Law degree.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the implementation and administration of the contractual and financial processes for projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager providing commercial and contractual support while helping drive accuracy and efficiency across the project delivery team.This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure on dynamic projects across the Northern Territory and have a tangible impact on project outcomes.

What You Will Do:
