Job summary

Verso Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team, delivering high-quality multi-residential projects across South East Queensland. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and our Design Team on procurement, subcontract management, cost control and forecasting to keep projects on time and within budget.

This role offers a path within an integrated builder-developer with a strong project pipeline and genuine career growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a head contractor.
• Experience in residential or multi-residential construction.
• Qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
• Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
• Manage project budgets, commitments, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Support Head Contract administration, including claims and contractual correspondence.
• Maintain accurate project records and commercial documentation.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

Verso Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team delivering high-quality multi-residential projects across South East Queensland.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and our Design Team, you'll play a key role in procurement, subcontract management, cost control, forecasting and project reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
