The role suits someone with 5+ years of CA experience and a construction qualification, who has worked with mid-tier Australian contractors and familiar with CHEOPS, Jobpac, MS Projects, Hammertech or Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 5+ years experience as Contracts Administrator.
• Experience with mid-tier commercial/industrial/retail builds in Australia.
• Experience with construction software such as CHEOPS, Jobpac, MS Projects, Hammertech or Procore.
• Knowledge of contract administration in D&C projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts for mid-tier commercial/industrial/retail projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and reporting for delivery teams.
• Support project delivery on $5M–$50M contracts.
