Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd in Brisbane invites applications for a Commercial/Contracts Administrator to support project and commercial teams in managing contracts, variations and schedules. You will help ensure budgets, timelines and compliance are met across WA and the NT projects, with a preference for Brisbane base.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers and suppliers, maintaining accurate contract registers and documentation, and contributing to successful project delivery in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements and procurement processes.
• Experience with progress claims, variations and commercial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and confidence with construction management systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements with accurate registers.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment schedules and verify invoices.
• Prepare and administer contract variations and extensions of time.
• Assist with procurement documentation, tenders and onboarding requirements.
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare regular commercial and cost reports for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support compliance, governance, risk management and audits.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Certificate IV in Business or similar
