Job summary

Randstad partners with a leading construction business to deliver a landmark $160M multi-residential tower in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. An experienced Contracts Administrator will join the project team, owning subcontract administration, procurement, cost control and reporting from site start to completion.

You will collaborate with Project Manager and senior commercial team, manage variations and payment schedules, and identify commercial risks while ensuring contractual obligations are

Qualifications

Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience as Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
Experience on multi-residential, high-rise or large-scale projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage subcontractor packages and end-to-end administration.
Lead procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor negotiations.
Handle variations, progress claims, and payment schedules.
Prepare cost reporting, forecasting and budget updates.
Support contract administration and risk management with project team.
