Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a highly regarded construction business to deliver a landmark $160M multi-residential tower in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing project team and own the commercial delivery from construction through to completion.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior commercial team to manage subcontract administration, procurement, variations and progress claims, while supporting cost

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
• Experience on multi-residential, high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of subcontractor packages across the project.
• Lead procurement, tender analysis, scope reviews and subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondence.
• Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management.
• Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
