Job summary

CPB Contractors in Townsville, QLD, is recruiting an experienced Contracts Administrator for a defence project. You will sit within delivery teams and prepare tender packages, negotiate contracts for award, evaluate variation claims, manage subcontractor payment claims and issue contract correspondence.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management and experience in procurement and management of large-scale subcontract packages.

With an exciting pipeline of projects on the horizon, CPB Contractors is recruiting an experienced Contracts Administrator for our defence project located in Townsville, QLD.

Your opportunity

Sitting within the delivery teams, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation and issuance of tender packages
  • Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
  • Evaluation of variation claims and issuing assessments for review and approval by management
  • Management of subcontractor payment claims
  • Preparation and issuance of contract correspondence to Contractors
