Job summary

ETM Group Holdings Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based contractor, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage contracts and subcontract agreements across Sydney and Melbourne.

You will monitor compliance, track variations and payments, and support tendering, procurement and project delivery in construction and civil infrastructure. Collaboration with management, project teams, subcontractors and clients is essential.

Qualifications

  • AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Management, Business, Commerce, Law or a related field OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role within construction or civil infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organisational and document management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and expanding project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/project management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and administer contracts and subcontract agreements across Sydney and Melbourne operations.
  • Monitor contractual compliance, deliverables and performance obligations to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Assist with tender preparation, contract negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Track project costs, variations and payment claims in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding contract matters across both locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations, correspondence and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate contract administration activities between Sydney and Melbourne to ensure consistency in operational procedures and contractual compliance.
  • Support management in monitoring contract performance, project expenditure and resource requirements arising from business expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and risk management relating to contractual matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of efficient contract administration processes to accommodate the company's increasing operational workload.

We are seeking an experienced Sydney-based Contracts Administrator to manage growing contractual and project administration requirements across our Sydney and Melbourne operations.
