Job summary

ACCIONA Construction Australia Pty Ltd is delivering the Prospect Pre-Treatment Plant Project, a critical Sydney Water infrastructure initiative designed to enhance water quality and resilience. As Contracts Administrator, you will manage subcontractor agreements and support the commercial team to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Experience in contract administration on civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor agreements and the Security of Payments Act NSW.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

About the Opportunity

As a Contracts Administrator, you will manage subcontractor agreements, monitor compliance, and support commercial outcomes for the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and risk management. This role is key to maintaining strong supplier relationships and delivering contractual obligations effectively.
