About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on the Pine Mt Creek Road Project in Marlborough, supporting the delivery of a significant civil infrastructure project in regional Queensland. Based on site, you will work closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team to provide commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial performance and successful delivery of our project. Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you will be responsible for the following,

• End-to-end contract administration across project lifecycle
• Preparation, review, and administration of subcontract packages
• Cost management, forecasting, and reporting
• Assessment and processing of progress claims and variations
• Supporting procurement and supplier negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial obligations
• Working closely with site and project teams to drive performance outcomes

About You

• Experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, infrastructure, or related industries
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Experience with DTMR contracts – highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business or similar
