Job summary

CMC is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the Pine Mt Creek Road Project in Marlborough, Queensland. Based on site, you will provide commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and delivery teams to ensure effective contract administration, cost control, and timely progress claims while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Experience with DTMR contracts is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business or similar.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract administration across project lifecycle.
• Preparation, review, and administration of subcontract packages.
• Cost management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assessment and processing of progress claims and variations.
• Supporting procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.
• Working closely with site and project teams to drive performance outcomes.
