You will establish clear ownership across the full contractor lifecycle, from strategy, sourcing and prequalification through mobilisation, delivery, performance review, renewal and close-out.This is a visible, enterprise-level leadership role with the mandate to strengthen safety, compliance, service reliability and commercial value.
