Linea Talent Group is seeking a skilled Contract Drafting Professional to join a growing team delivering structural and precast projects. The role involves producing accurate shop drawings and models, coordinating design inputs, and supporting project, procurement and production teams.

You will manage drawing registers, revisions, and document control while ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards in a fast-paced contract environment.

Qualifications

• Proven drafting experience within structural, precast or construction-related environments.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills for schedules, data management and reporting.
• Experience with PDF-based workflows and document control systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently, manage deadlines and adapt quickly to changing project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed shop drawings for structural and precast elements
• Managing drawing registers, revisions and document control
• Coordinating information from multiple drawing sources into consolidated deliverables
• Ensuring drawings comply with project specifications, drafting standards and quality requirements
• Liaising with engineers, project managers, consultants and production teams
• Supporting procurement, manufacturing and project delivery requirements
• Assisting with project workloads and deadlines throughout the contract period
