Job summary

Victorian Government is seeking an experienced IT Contract Manager to lead contract management initiatives across a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial, landowner and construction-related agreements.

The role delivers governance uplift, process transformation and technology solutions, with hybrid work and a day rate of AUD 900–1000. You will drive CLM improvements, partner with stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex business and technology projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes, governance and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of contract management initiatives from discovery through to implementation and adoption.
• Drive improvements to contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the management of corporate, supplier, landowner and construction contracts.
• Deliver enhancements or implementation of contract management technology platforms and supporting processes.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls and reporting mechanisms across the contract portfolio.
• Ensure alignment with Victorian Government governance and procurement requirements where appropriate.

Role

This role will be responsible for delivering improvements to contract management capabilities through a combination of business process transformation, governance uplift and supporting technology solutions.
