Job summary

The Smart Blinds Co in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Contract Installer to measure, install and service outdoor and indoor blinds, delivering high quality results for our customers.

You will work in a two-person team, bring your own tools and vehicle, and perform site measures, confirm scope, install posts, test motorised blinds, and tidy the site upon completion. Strong communication, numeracy and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Own your own tools and vehicle.
• Have your own offsider to work as a 2 man team.
• Basic trade experience in either Commercial or Residential Construction.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools like drills, saw, levels, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of using the right material fixing on the right materials.
• Able to undergo and clear Australian National Police Check with no prior or outstanding criminal convictions.
• Customer and company focused individual to deliver the best service and outcome to all parties.
• Organised, punctual, and exceptional time management skills.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised to meet targets.
• Able to take on feedback and follow company procedures and policies.
• Be honest, reliable, drive to succeed and hold yourself to the highest standards.
