Job summary

HomeCaring Physiotherapy is seeking a self-motivated physiotherapist to join our in-home community service in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs. The role is commission-based with flexible hours (1–2 days per week) and support from a caring team, designed to support work-life balance while delivering personalised physiotherapy in clients' homes.

You will visit clients referred to our service, tailor treatments to their home environment, provide education to clients, families and support teams,

We are a community physiotherapy service providing personalised and nurturing physiotherapy to clients in-home. We specialise in providing tailored physiotherapy treatment for clients with disability related and complex, age related impairments. We are seeking a like-minded physiotherapist to join our team in a flexible role that ensures work-life balance, professional growth and a caring team environment.

About the role:

This is a commission based role with self-determined and flexible hours starting 1-2 days per week, with support available. The successful candidate will be visiting a variety of clients referred to our service with varying presentations in the community; providing caring physiotherapy to clients, tailoring treatments to their home environment and lifestyle, and providing education to clients, their family and support teams. The incoming clinician will also provide some written reporting, and will communicate with coordinators and other allied health team members to develop and progress treatment plans.

Therapists may work according to their own schedule in coordination with their client's availability, allowing an excellent work life balance, with all administration accessible through a work-from-home model. Clients for this position, will be predominantly located in the North Eastern suburbs, however referrals from outside this area are received and may be taken on at your discretion.
