TSA Riley is expanding its capability to deliver major energy and infrastructure projects across NSW and nationally. We seek a commercially astute Contract Administrator to join our team, delivering across multiple work packages with strong delivery-focused contract management and risk oversight.

You will provide commercial leadership, ensuring contractual obligations, commercial risks, and project outcomes are effectively managed while interfacing with clients and contractors to drive

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in commercial management and contract administration on infrastructure projects.
• Degrees in engineering, commerce, law, QS or project management.
• Advanced MS Excel with macros and process automation experience.
• Strong background in delivery-phase contract management and claims resolution.
• Experience with PPP, D&C, Alliance, Managing Contractor and EPCM contract frameworks.
• A collaborative, proactive team player with a solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement contract management plans and dispute resolution strategies.
• Oversee assessment of payment claims, variations, contractual notices, and submissions.
• Drive commercial governance, compliance, and approval processes.
• Manage progress claims, variations and invoices with contractual compliance.
• Develop and maintain commercial frameworks (payment schedules, KPI regimes, risk/reward models).
• Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.

About the Role

TSA is expanding its capability to deliver major energy, and infrastructure projects across NSW and nationally. We're seeking a commercially astute and experienced, Contract Administrator to join our organisation with strong delivery-phase expertise to manage complex contracts and drive successful outcomes on a high-value program.

You'll work client-side, providing commercial leadership across multiple work packages, ensuring contractual obligations, commercial risks, and project outcomes are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement contract management plans and dispute resolution strategies aligned with best practice
• Oversee assessment of payment claims, variations, contractual notices, and contractor submissions
• Drive commercial governance, compliance, and approval processes
• Manage progress claims, variations, and invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements
• Develop and maintain commercial frameworks (payment schedules, KPI regimes, risk/reward models)
• Build collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders

About You

• 5-10 years' experience in commercial management and contract administration on infrastructure projects
• Qualifications in engineering, commerce, law, QS, or project management
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, with expertise in macros and process automation
• Strong background in delivery-phase contract management and claims resolution
