Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a well-known Tier 3 Commercial builder in Victoria. You will manage letting and vetting of sub-contractor packages, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, and oversee project cash flow and forecasting across two live projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with a Commercial/Apartment Builder, main contractor exposure, and strong communication and teamwork skills to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with a Commercial/Apartment Builder as a Contracts Administrator.
• Main Contractor experience is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
• You will be across 2 projects
