Job summary

Dematic Pty. Ltd. (ILD-AUS) is seeking a Project Contract Administrator for a landmark warehouse and logistics automation project in Melbourne.

You will own the commercial and contractual administration for equipment supply and installation, ensuring timely progress and adherence to contract terms. Based primarily on-site in Tarneit, Melbourne, with some limited work-from-home days. The role requires solid contract administration experience, business acumen, and the ability to liaise with

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or Law or related discipline.
Strong contract administration experience in construction or installation contexts.
Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Knowledge of contract law and regulations including SOPA.

Responsibilities

Administer equipment supply and installation contracts and keep project delivery moving smoothly.
Review and manage invoices for accuracy, compliance and timely approval.
Provide practical contract advice to project teams and management.
Keep project documentation accurate, organized and audit-ready.
Track contract milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
Partner with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to manage contractual obligations.
Work with legal, finance and procurement to resolve commercial matters.
Manage the change order process from review to timely processing.
