Job summary

Reporting to the Contracts, Procurement & Legal Manager, you will administer subcontractor and supplier contracts, track variations and progress claims, and support procurement activities to ensure project compliance.

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Contract Administration on major civil, transport, rail or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer subcontract documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage subcontract variations, progress claims and extension of time assessments.
• Support subcontract procurement activities, including contract award processes and monitoring performance.
• Maintain proactive relationships with subcontractors and provide commercial support to the project team.

Reporting to the Contracts, Procurement & Legal Manager, you will play a key role in the administration and management of subcontractor and supplier contracts across a major infrastructure project. Working closely with construction and commercial teams, you will help ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and project outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Victoria's significant transport infrastructure projects while working within a collaborative alliance environment that values accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
