Job summary

Adelaide Croatia Raiders in Perth is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder delivering major apartment projects. You will work closely with a Project Manager and Commercial Manager, taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your projects, including contracts, variations, progress claims, procurement and subcontractor management.

This role offers exposure to landmark $50M–$100M projects and a clear path to step up

Qualifications

• Experience on $50M+ commercial projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of contracts, variations, progress claims.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; commercially minded.

Contract Administrator – Major Apartment Projects Perth | Commercial Construction

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder delivering major projects across Perth.

With projects ranging from $50M to $100M, predominantly multi-level apartment developments, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CA looking to take the next step in their career and work on genuinely significant projects.

The Role You will work closely with a highly experienced Project Manager and Commercial Manager, gaining strong support while taking responsibility for the commercial and contractual aspects of your projects.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working on $50M+ commercial projects, ideally multi-level apartments
• Or has progressively built their experience and is ready to step up into larger projects
• Has a strong understanding of contracts, variations, progress claims, procurement and subcontractor management
• Has a stable employment history and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is commercially minded, organised and able to work effectively within a project team
