Job summary

Vitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a Brisbane-based commercial builder. You will own contracts from award to completion, manage subcontracts, variations, EOTs and claims, and run progress payments in Jobpac.

You'll thrive with a minimum of 3 years in commercial construction, hands-on Jobpac experience, and a sharp eye for risk. Expect dynamic, live-site projects across aged care, health, education, hospitality, and more.
