Arthrex Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Administrative Contract Coordinator to implement and administer contract management systems across APAC, based in French’s Forest NSW. You will report to the Senior Director Global Contract Operations and collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance and Customer Service on contract governance.
You will develop country-specific templates, monitor lifecycles, and support risk assessments and compliance through data analysis and process improvements.
This role will suit somebody who comes from a strong Admin/Coordination background. You don't need to be experienced in contracts as this will be a role more focused towards the Coordination and Administration of Contracts and not the review/submission etc of them. If you like to cooperate across departments and help to influence multiple stakeholders and Administrative/Coordination tasks are your strong suit then this role will provide both local (Australia and NZ) experience as well as exposing you to APAC tasks as well from time to time.
If you have 3-5 years (or there abouts) in a administrative or coordination type position then we will teach you what you need to know about Contracts @ Arthrex. We already have a Contract Management System in place it will be your responsibility to help implement and administer it for Australia and region.
This role will be responsible for the Administrative Implementation of Contract Management systems and processes across APAC for Arthrex. This will be based in French’s Forest NSW.
