Job summary

Tooheys is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader (Internal Job Title: Best Practice Specialist) to join the Brewing Department at the Lidcombe brewery on a permanent full-time basis. You will drive TPM capability and cultural change, coaching teams to eliminate losses and align with site strategy.

With expertise in Lean, TPM, and operational excellence, you will deploy Best Practice tools, manage BOS audits, and advance SAP, PowerBI, and Kronos knowledge across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or TPM.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, mentor, and build high performing teams.
• Digital literacy with SAP, PowerBI, and Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Coach and build TPM capability across the brewing department to foster ownership and loss elimination.
• Lead development and deployment of Best Practice / TPM tools and work packages to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement.
• Contribute to the Site Strategy, Masterplan, and Value Creation initiatives as part of the Site Steering Group.
• Coordinate TPM improvement cycles across brewing to achieve KPI and KAI outcomes.
• Own BOS audit compliance and uphold visual management standards.
• Develop and maintain knowledge in SAP, PowerBI, and SEQIS.
• Govern training compliance and skills matrices to build future capability.
